Waldorf is way overpriced! You can easily find something cheaper that is just as nice, if not better!
A/C is nice, when it's working. The building is very old and things kept falling apart. The a/c didn't work most of the time, and we had leaks in our ceilings on two occasions. They had to complete some pretty major renovations inside the bedrooms and management refused to provide any rent deductions, even though it took three months to complete.
The office staff is rude and unhelpful. I have seen them yell at tenants before.
Don't think you'll be getting most of your security deposit back. They do a detailed inspection when you move out, and nickel and dime you until you're left with barely anything. They expect the apartment to be cleaner than when you moved in. $50 for crumbs in the oven!
The building has mostly students, but there are some elderly residents that are very rude. Don't think about having friends over! The older residents call the police whenever they hear noise.
