They are rude and nasty (see all the other comments) and way over priced for what you get. A little research into the surrounding area will save you hundreds.

My biggest problem is that THEY THROW AWAY the recycling bins. They trick you into thinking you're recycling, but it just goes out with the garbage!!! I don't know where our rent goes and it rises every year!

They sold the backyard to construction and still had the gall to raise rent!
