I lived in Waldorf my first year while attending the CCLCM program at Case. As most people, I was drawn in by the many "glossy" brochures selling the apartment with numerous amenities, proximity to the campus, etc. Do NOT fall into the trap that most students do. It is very expensive, not worth the price considering other places in that neighbourhood, and gave me so much -------- when I was trying to move out. They force you to move out according to "their elevator schedule". So basically you have to move out whenever their elevator is available because they don't want you using their front or side doors. Now 2 months after the fact, they charged me with some exorbitant fees claiming we "stained the carpet" and "destroyed the blinds", both of which didn't happen. If you do end up choosing to live here, TAKE PICTURES and WRITE EVERY FREAKING DETAIL THAT YOU SEE IN THE APT AT CHECK-IN DOWN. Or else you're gonna get billed up your ass. I was frustrated with the way they handled moving, even though I had minimal problems throughout the year mostly because I was hardly home. Hope this is helpful.
