Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

Very disappointed with experience here. Although it is close to Case campus, it is not worth the overpriced rent. The apartment needs much updating to be worth the price. The staff was quite friendly when selling the apartment, but difficult to find once the lease was signed.
