Overpriced & Poorly Maintained!

Building is falling apart and the staff do not seem to care. Property of mine was stolen from the "secure" garage. Hallways dimly lit and smell of rancid food. Poor/no ventilation from Bathrooms or Kitchens. Building leaks in middle floors when it rains. Garage leaks from every corner and ceiling. Stairwells filthy. "Complimentary breakfast" always gone before 8AM. After you sign your lease, the Leasing Agent lady wants nothing to do with you. Everytime the people above me shower the pipes are so loud I wake up. Elevators poorly maintained & often down for days at a time due to "State of Ohio Mandated Maintenance".
Don't waste your money.
