I lived in the Waldorf for 4 yrs. I really enjoyed living there. It is close to Coventry, grocery shopping (Dave's), and within walking distance to University Hospitals/Case med. Also, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Cleveland Clinic. The area is relatively safe...if you want to go running outside at night you can (this is the major distinguishing factor between the Waldorf and the Triangle). The building is old, but they are good about repairing anything that breaks or isn't working properly. Most importantly, living here seemed hassle-free. It was always quiet, the no major apartment issues, newer appliances in the apartment, and the office staff/management was always friendly. The rent is a bit pricey considering the age of the building, but from my experience the price was well worth it.
