As someone who was living on my own for the first time, Waldorf was a Godsend. Though relatively slightly more expensive for the area, the fact that they bundled the garage(assigned spots) parking fees, water and heat/gas into the rent was extremely convenient. The manager Paul was great, fair and very helpful. Maintenence problems were a rarity and always promptly addressed. Even though the building was on the older side it is very energy efficient as my electricity bills rarely topped $30 for a 2bdrm. Its amenities were good eg. laundry, AM breakfast(coffee/bagel/doughnut), annual fire alarm checks/battery replacements. Its only a walking distance to Case and Little Italy.
I loved my time there and would never hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
