We moved into Waterstreet Apts in Sep 2007 and have been very happy for the past 2 years. From the moment we were shown the apartment by the leasing agent Sandra Truesdale, we have felt right at home within the waterstreet community. We were fortunate to move onto a floor that Sandra lived on and she made sure that we knew that this was not just an apartment complex, but a home. Sandra not only made sure that we were happy with our apartment, but she made sure that we were happy with our jobs, our life, and was always a support when we needed a person to talk to. We wish we didn't have to move, but our careers are taking us in another direction. If it were not for Sandra we would have moved out sooner, and would not have had nearly the same experience. We have enjoyed our time here at Waterstreet and give most of that credit to our great neighbors just "down the hall."

In addition the few instances that we had minor maintenance problems, the problems were always corrected properly and in a timely manner. We couldn't have been happier with the maintenance within the apartment when it came to our apartment. Thank you Jose.
