Very beautiful apartments! Very poor construction. PAying well over $1000.00 a month you would think everything would be perfect! Wrong, Contantly have to call for repairs, Fire alarm is aways going off, and the security guard doesnt do much but work on his own car in the parking garage! Yes, the apartments are Beautiful but dont look somewhere else!

It is a historical building since it is an old school, things are going to break. I always see the security guard in the hallways and have even had him escort me in from the parking lot at times when I felt it was needed.

security guard? are you sure I thought this was the oil changing specialist.

I think the security guard (the one who is here the most often) is nice and I feel safe with him around. He actually patrols, he shuts doors to the outside, and he came and checked on some VERY noisy neighbors when they were fighting. The guy needs to fix ONE thing on his car and you act like that is all he does. You need to move and shut up. I like it here, I like my apartment, I like management, I like the security guy and I like living in the city.
