I am trying to be as fair as possible, so here goes:
The apartments are absolutley beautiful and the management is pretty good about responding to problems, but I don't feel very safe here so I am leaving as soon as my lease is up since I pay too much in rent (just under $1000)to be afraid. Seems like there are a lot of young people (people under 21) who are very noisy and also, people who shall I say keep very late hours. The pizza man was mugged twice, mgmt. is always warning us about strange people walking around in the building and as the first reviewer said, the fire alram is always going off. As as far as the garage which I pay to park in, there is ALWAYS someone who snuck in their who doesn't belong. Management hasn't been very responsive to that. Also, in the warmer months, people with dogs leave droppings in the hall and refuse to pick them up and i found a used condom on the ground level....DISGUSTING! But other than the safety aspect, and the number of younger adults, its a nice building.
