West Tech Apartments are great. The owners saved a historic building in downtown Cleveland and fixed it up great. The management is very accessible and they listen to what you have to say and then they do whatever they can to help. Security is great; at least the guy who is here most often. He answers all calls, he stays for his whole shift, he patrols, he keeps the doors to the outside locked and walks me from my car if I call and ask. Management fixes things immediatly which is a nice change from anywhere else I have lived. If you like living in the city, you'll like it here.
