Was just recently at West Tech lofts on a service call. The best i can describe it is slums with out the streets. The place is filthy. The tenenants are for the most part scum bags. Can't imagine why anyone would want to live there. seems government housing is doing the booking. Think real hard before venturing into this housing project.

I cannot imagine what you observed on just a service call to comment on the residents. There are some income-based resident but most are not. My neighbors that I have met are professionals like myself, nurses, and met a couple of law students. So I doubt you are in a position to make a broad statement. I know from my own experiences that I never run into more then 1 or 2 residents passing in the hallways...so I cannot imagine that you came across any more then a few tenants.

I am a resident of West Tech Lofts and not particularly happy with the property management or the care of the facility, but I don't believe someone on a "service call" should be able to post a review. I would say the residents of the building are the only positive aspect of living there. There building isn't even at 50% capacity and those that live there don't really bother each other.

That is sad someone on a service call can see how filthy the building is. I was just a visitor and saw the same thing. I thought I was visitng the projects. The apartments are nice, however the filth,nasty dogs,and weird neighbors outweigh me wanting to stay there.
