I've been living here for 2 months now and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have plenty of space in my 2bd 2.5bth suite lacking closets other than in the bedrooms. Any issues I've had was promptly taken care of to my satisfaction. The building is clean for the most part and the fitness center is great. The building is quiet and secure and I really feel at home. I don't plan on moving anytime soon unless its to upgrade within the building!

Rubbish. The fitness center is half rundown with old broken pool table and ping pong table. Flooding has ocurred on the bottom level. Alarms have gone off in the middle of the night. I know people that moved out because their cars were vandalized. Things got so bad that tenants group was formed and the city councilperson brought out. The units are nice. The concept great. But with the
building in the courts the operation of the facility has been poor. There has been some efforts to improve but only small steps so far and who knows for how long. Also the building accepts low income residents as a condition of HUD loans. Many rehab warehouse apts in Cleveland gave as well but the percentage at West Tech is far greater then any of the other places my friends have stayed. There are some good people and nice units but for the money any other spot is better given the negatives. And I'm being very fair and objective

OK and thats your view. I'm in shape so all I need is a treadmill/ eliptical and free weights and thats there for me. Vandalism can happen anywere to anyone. I have insurance if needed or I'll get an indoor spot. I agree the units are fab! I saw 6 different ones. As far as the money, If I were downtown I would be paying 1500 for my square ft. Low income residents have nothing to do with me BUT they need a place to live too so why discriminate? They don't deserve a nice place to live? I guess you feel they should stay in the projects and given no chance to improve themselves. I'm sorry to hear things didn't work out for you here and I wish you peace.
