Apartments are not Luxury! - The apartments are old and not kept up well on the inside. They advertise central air, but it is not central air. Summers are cold in the damp wet basement and hot as an oven upstairs in your bedroom. Winters you freeze downstairs and hot as an oven upstairs. Management makes too many excuses for maintenance. Watch out if you rent here!!! - Watch out when you rent here. When you move out you get charged for new light bulbs and anything they feel is "old" or "outdated" in this apartment.
