Northland Arms Has made some great changes - i have been here at northland since 2008. Yes the place has had its ups and its downs. The staff is great when it comes to workorders and etc. Not every property is perfect and they all have problems. All i can say is that if the residents and there guest would respect the property there would be NO problems here at all. Yes people hang out outside but at least its not in the buildings.
