We were paying around $60-70 for water PER MONTH every month we lived there for a ONE BEDROOM apartment. My new place charges a flat rate of $32/month for a 2 bedroom/2bath. I can see my car at all times in the huge, well lit parking lot. I feel comfortable walking my dog in the daytime here. I mean if you consider the area, this is a very nice place to stay. I like it here. - It's nice. All of my neighbors are friendly. They are not all especially great people, but I am always treated with respect and friendliness.
