The property manager, Ryan Olson is a two faced -----. She likes to threaten to evict people over the simplest things. The property is close to Easton and looks nice from the outside, however looks are very decieving. Alicia, a leasing consultant there at Albany club is very rude and unprofessional. I would not reccommend anyone to live here. They also violate the fair housing laws so much. If you would like to know how many towl heads and samalions live here...just ask, I am sure that they will be more than happy to answer that question for you...and for this reason, I am dealing with my attorney in regards to this matter. RENTERS BEWARE.....I would rather rent a storage unit at UHAUL and live there rather than live here...I mean hell, at least the streets would be plowed. This complex doesnt do anything. I would also like to mention that cars get broke into alot in here. Also, you can enjoy the sound of a helicopter flying above your complex at night...if your into that sord of thing. Just thought I would let you people in on some information on this scuzz, roach infested, ghetto-ass, hell hole. DO NOT RENT HERE! Uhaul is down the street. Rent a storage unit to sleep in before you rent from this complex. CRAWFORD COMMUNITIES are horrible. They look nice, but they're not!!! Thanks for taking the time to read this. Well some of these are reviews are horrible. I live there too and before Crawford Communities took over we had a nice neighborhood. They are just letting anyone move into these apartments and that is why it is going down hill...I don't rent through Crawford Communities so I don't have to deal with those people. I can say that I had a package delivered to my apartment and they left it at the office and now they can't find it and a person named Olsen signed for it. I don't know those people because I don't rent from them but I can say that the apartments are going down hill very slow.
