This community is not safe at all! People are being held up at gun point and the management is doing nothing to deal with this! All they can say is crime happens everywhere and we have a courtesey officer which is a joke because no one ever sees the guy! The manager Ryan Olson is rude and will never take my calls.

I have asked why the community was not made aware of the crimes that have happened so we could take precaustions and I was told it would cause a panic.

I see that none of the staff lives here either, what does that tell you' I am moving as soon as my lease is up and I encourage anyone who reads this to do the same.

Do not move to Albany Club unless you enjoy having a gun in your face.

I would not recommend living at any apartment ran by Crawford Communities!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!
