Albany Club

 

I am overwhelmingly appalled at the poor management I have experienced my entire stay at the Albany Club Apartments.

The place isn't safe, at least two murders in the past three years, (which the management failed to report to the tenents) multiple break in's etc.

I have received two seperate eviction notices both due to their mistakes.

Rather than contact you to try to solve a problem they just slap an eviction notice on your door.

Crawford Communities raised my monthly rent by $20 when they took over for the previous so called "Management Co" because they interpreted the lease differently.

Even their legal counsel informed Crawford that they were wrong, however they continued to charge me the additional $20 because they new that it would be more costly for me to get a lawyer and sue them.

My car was in the parking lot for three days with one wheel missing because i was getting the tire fixed.

Rather than leave a note on the vehicle to inform me they had a problem with it, they towed it.

I was served an eviction notice two weeks after dropping off my rent check because the rent was supposedly never paid.

After taking time off of work to speak with them in person, they pull out my file and there are the rent checks.

If you can handle dealing with the most incompetent personel who feel that the best way to manage is to avoid contact with the tenents, and you don't mind spending extra money and time to solve their mistakes, this is the place for you.
