I lived at crawford communties for about 14 months. I really didnt have a problem with them. Until I decided to move out. First of all I didnt realize that you would have to get them a 60 day notice, must places expect a 30 day. But anyways, when I did finally move I was expecting my deposit back from them. They claimed they cut the chk on 4/06 and sen it to my forwarding addres. But it came back because they had the wrong zip code. So we went over the forwarding address again. But many weeks have went by and I still have not recieved my chk.They are just a greedy corporation who wants to kick you out on the thrid day that your late. But when it comes to your money they take there good sweet time.

You can get double your deposit back, Ohio law/ look it up:)
