Most people on here are giving this place a bad wrap because of break-ins and violence. I haven't personally seen either situation. I assume 90% of these claims are hearsay of the same couple of isolated incidents. I did read about a girl getting raped a year and a half ago, but notices were put onto the doors of every tennant and with a mugshot.

I don't understand the gated part of the community however. It serves no purpose other than to slow incoming traffic down. And to drive rent up I guess.

The interior of the apartments are fine. Nothing to complain about. Not super roomy, but big enough to live in (I wouldn't put more than 1 person in a smaller bedroom).

The rental office could definitely use some shaping up. Constant memos about this and that and having to come down to the rental office for the other are just annoying.

Parking is an issue at night. I'm usually at least 20 - 30 spaces from my apartment if not more at times.

I've lived here for 3 years and it's infintely better than my old place. It's about a B- or C overall. Worth checking out.
