Let us start with the gated community.

Great job of window dressing.

The crime is not driving onto Albany Club from Stelzer it is walking through, everyday.

The gate is not only inconvenient when coming and going, but you have to risk your life entering and exiting traffic.

The gate does nothing to make anyone safer living there.
Lets review crime stats shall we.

Forget about the sterio in your car you live in the City of Columbus (7th most dangerous city by population).

Now that you are one with the fact your car is going to get broke into while we will move on to other things you have to look forward to while you live at Albany Club.

Stabbings, Shootings, muggings, Arson, drug dealing and occasional car-jacking.

I a not one to make open ended statements.

Exaples: Old lady carjacked while getting mail, building at the front of the Apartent community burned, there has been multiple shootings and stabbings (please contact the records dept.

Columbus Police Departent for info)
Forget about the free gym membership they give you, you will not need it.

You will get enough exercise running from your car two or more blocks away to your apartment everynight (no parking).

Don't worry you will be alright you signed an agreeent not to carry a conceald weapon so you know everythere does not have a gun(LOL).
Price.

The reason to move there.

Don't stop at the main office keep driving there is more than one owner.

The back owners will allow you to have a criminal record and be on section 8 and charge less than the main office.
The main thing I can tell you is keep shopping you can do better.
