I moved here right out of undergrad and have lived here for three years... I am only moving now because they don't have one bedrooms and my roommate and I are spliting ways. I would recommend this place to anyone who is young and is looking for a great location (withing walking distance to great bars and the grocery store) and inexpensive rent. The apt. itself could use updating, new carpeting and cabinets in the kitchen. But the management is friendly and always the same... they know you by name and respond to your needs and requests. The grounds are pretty clean and Harold (a maintenance guy) is always out there cleaning and salting the sidewalks in the winter. It is a great little neighborhood!
