I enjoyed my time here and had a great relationship with the staff. Whenever we needed something fixed they were all over it.
However, moving out has been the worst hell ever!!! They refused to do a walk through with us in a timely manner, did not bring paper work and tried to charge us $500 in petty charges-$3 for water marks... what'! We cleaned the apartment top to bottom a week before our lease was up (moved out early and everything).
Also, the noise policy is totally arbitrary. So, if you ever have house guests. Be prepred for a note to be tacked to your door the next day.
Lastly, they are OVERPRICED!!! It is a very nice area... but you can find nicer things in the area for the same price.
I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

I agree that the rent is HIGH for the condition of the apartment. I???m referring to the layers of paint on the interior & the condition of the interior doors. However, the manager is always available for immediate repairs no matter what the time. If anything needs to be taken care of, she is the person to contact. Stay away from the new help in the office. There is a large patio also available. Lights are placed throughout the property. Parking is by permit only during evening and late night hours. This is great for security. As far as the noise, they do enforce a policy. My advice, get to know your neighbors & be respectful of your radio. This is not a complex that tolerates loud parties.
