Seems that corporate owners are making changes. This year snow removal was moderate at best. The property manager seems to be worried more about her incentives to keep costs low rather than doing what's morally right. With that said maintenance is still great but they are doing their job with one hand tied behind their back in an attempt to save money. What I mean is that they complete all maintenance on time, but the quality of the repairs has diminished due to corporate cut backs. There has been several repairs on my apartment where they have had to come back a few weeks later to fix it again. This is why I give the "overall rating" a 2.

Rent is already high($805) and news of an additional raise in price is coming. With that said, I put the blame on the front office and corporate for not coming to some sort of resolution. Bottom line things happen, things break, & residents should not be expected to clean up management's mess. Unless corporate & management get on the same page, I would not recommend Alexandria Colony at this time.
