I have lived here for two years. The rent is a little high for the size of the unit. You could rent cheaper elsewhere, but I have a large dog and it is hard to find pet friendly rentals. There is a new dog park right next to the complex which is great for dog owners. If you don't have a dog I would rethink the complex. There are dogs everywhere and people here seem incapable of picking up their dog's poop. The office staff is friendly. They remember you by name. They get your mail and watch your apartment for you while you are on vacation. Repairs are done same day. The complex is pretty quiet. The walls are thin, however, so you can hear your neighbor's tv, etc. Guest parking is not ideal, guests have to park on the street which can be a problem during Comfest and Red, White and Boom. Overall, I think that it is a nice place to live if you want to be close to campus or downtown. I go to grad school at OSU and my husband works downtown and we both walk or bus to work/school. I do think its a little pricey, but that is the price we pay for having a big dog.
