This place is very overpriced and the people and the office are scatter-brained and outright rude. They lost my first roommate's application and she had to fax it several times to them. They also "lost" my other roommates rent check and threatened to evict us until my roommate showed proof they in fact had cashed his check. On two occasions they did not inform me they had received a package for me (one was back there for over a month!) and for our exit walk-through they were 20 minutes late (no call or anything.) There is dog ---- everywhere and the workout room is awful! Who puts cardio equipment in a non-airconditioned room' I guess it doesn't really matter anyway because everything is broken. Luxury apartments my ass!

Sounds typical of Connor Group business. The management is rude and they hide from their mistakes. What a crappy company. In all the cities they do business in, people have the same kind of complaints- check out the Dayton area (Georgetown of Kettering, Steeplechase, Castlebrook, and Cambridge Commmons) These people are horrible!!!!
