I have lived here for a year and the place is greatly overpriced. 80% of the residents have dogs and 90% of them let them crap all over the place. I am woken up by dogs almost every day. I have to turn on my air filter or stereo to drown them out. I kill at least two spiders in my apartment every day. I had to put ant traps in my bedroom to control the ants. The carpet had bleach stains when we moved in. I have asked for a new screen in my bedroom window twice and never got one put in. Get any promises from management in writing because they will try and trick their tenants.
