Things are looking better since new management took over. They have better maintenance tech. The grounds are looking better after hiring a groundskeeper.

I have lived in Arbors of Watermark since the summer of 2004 and have only witness things getting progressively worse with each passing month. I am strongly suspicious this review was placed in here by the management in an effort to improve their image and bring up their ratings. However, don't take my word and simply look around the place to see for yourself who is really telling the truth.
