Ive lived at Arbors of Watermark for about a year and there are problems the management has changed so much that i dont recognize the girls in the office whenever i go in. It took a long time to get our mail keys and weve had to go pick up our packages from the post office because they turned them away, we also were never told when we had them there and waited months for some that the girls at the office had just misplaced. There is some problems with trash on the steps or people leaving it outside their door.The pool areas arent great (and the clubhouse in the back is closed and disgusting) You pay around 40.00 a month for water and sewage which seems a bit much and the apartments are drafty in the winter. With all that said there is plenty of parking (at least where i am) and the gas bill is extremly low because the heat runs off the water heater because of the poor seals on the doors weve had our heat up to around 75 and its still been between 40-60$ for gas, which is really low. The air conditioning is phenominal and weve never had problems with breakins or security. You can also have large pets and other then the lack of pet waste recepticals and the unwillingness of people to pick up after their pets they do a terrific job of mowing the grass and salting and maintaining the sidewalks and parking lot. Every apartment has its problems, but i also saw a maintence list once when i was in the office and with 40 calls a day with people bitching about light bulbs in their apartments they could change themselves its surpising they have time to do anything other then fix things the "complainers" of the complex think its above them to do for themselves. I suggest checking it out for yourself, the apartments are nice and you can get a decent price if you sign at the right time.If someones biggest complaint is there is a light missing from their breezeway then that should be an indication that its not that bad, and all apartment living involves some form of comprimise check out other apartments and the comments made. The location couldnt better and overall the place is worth the money.

I hardly call it inconsequential having breezeways originally designed to be properly illuminated by up to 5 light fixtures per floor only having 1 operable fixture per floor, especially when this condition persisted for several months in spite of repeated service request by this resident. I certainly hope your assumption is incorrect and the maintenance staff was not busy changing light bulbs for tenants, while I was climbing up to my apartment and finding the door keyhole in the dark! On the subject of darkness, a quick drive around the apartment complex in the evening will reveal that there are not only breezeways inadequately illuminated, but there are also parking areas that have been in complete darkness for months. I do not consider myself a complainer when I bring to the attention of the management these unsafe conditions. Furthermore, Arbors of Watermark is an expensive apartment complex for what you get and I feel entitled to demand a minimum level of maintenance to ensure the kind of quality and safety that reflects the kind of money I am paying.
