I beg to differ with these reviews and cant imagine how anyone could write such garbage. I actually suspect that the Management itself is placing these reviews. I was apartment shopping last weekend, and the Arbors at Watermark was quickly crossed off my list. First of all it looked more like a low income housing project with trash, broken beer bottles, dog dirt everywhere and the general lack of maintenance was perfectly apparent. On top of that I also found that the price of the apartments was almost double what I found in apartment complexes a few miles further west, which I might add were in FAR better shape, though older. And the ones I looked at were also better landscaped and much cleaner. As far as I am concerned the Arbors of Watermark is an extremely overpriced dump, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
