I moved into this community in December. I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. When I moved in, I had very little home furnishings due to the situation I just left, due to donations from the Manager and Staff they have almost completly furnished my new apartment home. I read the reviews below and completly disagree. As for the cigarett butts and dog poop why don't tennets clean up after themselves and their pets, why should that be the fault of the staff.

Honey, you've lived there 3 months, so I question your opinion. I've lived there for almost a year and can hardly wait to get the hell out! BTW, in addition to cigarette butts and dog crap, you forgot to mention the noise, the trash and the beer bottles everywhere. Hope you feel the same way you do now when your lease comes up for renewal in December!

I'm a contracor for several apartment communities (this being one of them)and can tell you that this goes on everywhere. And just like the cigarette butts and dog crap, noise, trash and beer bottles are the fault of the residents. I'm sure the staff has more important things to do than babysit everyone. If your neighbors don't care enough to make sure their garbage ends up in the proper place why should management? Maybe when you see these idiots just throwing stuff wherever, you should say something. The staff can't be everywhere all the time, and why should they have to? These people are adults. Start acting like it.

hey assbag, the staff are the people screening potential residents, they make the judgement call and it seem they can't get that right either. you F-ing SHILL!

outside_looking_in , I manage a community and let me tell you my residents do not throw trash, beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the property. It really sounds like management just doesn't give a damn.
