I have lived at the arbors of watermark for on year now and to anyone looking at moving here i say beware. we have had so many issues with the office not knowing how to count it's not even funny. every month when the rent is due they will have another dollar figure you supposedly owe them, even though you pay the required amount in full every month. if you are late by a week or two in rent they will try and evict you. they charge $75 in late fees and if it's 5 days beyond that it's another $50 and there is no grace period. do you smell the fleecing'' i paid my rent this past saturday night(april 1st) and they are currently trying to extract $75 in late fees when i paid them on time!!!!!! please.......i beg of you, don't even consider living here. the apartments are fine, but the managment will make you consider jumping off an I-670 bridge. aside from giving you zero chance and avoiding a late fee because of their customer un-friendly policy of no grace period, they will raise your rent if you stay longer than your original lease and feed you some story that they can get $1000 for the average apartment you live in. Don't do it!!! p.s., the positive reviews about the arbors of watermark are posted by their managers and from the connors group, not by tennants.

I am sorry here, I know Connor Group is a mess, but... "if you are late a week or two in rent..." wtf? Do yourself a favor, grow up! No matter where you live, you HAVE TO PAY THE RENT ON TIME. You need to learn that lesson now. Read your lease, and make sure you have the money for your rent by that time. Doesn't matter if it's Connor or not, if your rent is late, you are in violation of a legal contract, and are subject to eviction. Got it?

I live in this complex, going on 5 years now, and I agree with the person who submitted the original comment, Im never NEVER late on my rent, but they have come to me several times to say I owe more, and almost every other month I have to take my lease up to them and show them. Their bookkeeping is horrible, they cant even find my previous lease agreements. Whos the idiot though? Ive lived here 5 years, the only thing good about this place is the location. Dont even get me started on the manager....Ill just say she is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. I could go for days on end about her alone.

i agree with paying your rent ON TIME, no grace periods. but i'm been fed that line about "oh, we can get over a thousand for this place" really when my neighbor pays $200 less for the same crapbox?!
