OK, here it is from my perspective.....

First, don't believe a single word you are told by the office staff here. They are all full of empty promises. They are still promising tanning beds, Ive been hearing that one for years now. Anything they tell you, get it in writing, AND KEEP IT. They are so unorganized they can't even find your lease half the time.

Secondly, they are great at the "bait and switch" routine. They always run a special for $499/mo. I inquired about this when it was time to renew my lease a few years ago, was shown an apartment, and then when I went to sign, the rent went up a couple hundred, because of course they were out of the units they were running on special. So, about two months later, I send a friend in because they are still offering this special, he looks at a place, likes it and decides to sign the lease, but backs out because they have run out of their apartments on special.

There are not any two people in this complex that pays the same amount. I live in the 2 br, 2 ba in which a friend of mine lives in the same style apartment and pays almost $200 less than me. I guess maybe Im the sucker on that one.

Maintenance. Whats that' Do we even have a maintenance crew here'

Security and crime around here is horrible. There have been numerous cars broken into and even stolen recently. Of course you could rent one of their shotty garages that often have rats for a mere $80 a month. Although they have taken measure to correct the problem by installing several cameras, there has to actually be light out so the cameras can see whats going on. At one point I went for a walk around the complex to see how many were burnt out and I stopped around 168, which brings me to my next point......

They charge for common electric, which means the lights in the breezeways, parking lot, and clubhouse. They charge for water (which most places do now) but they dont charge on a per apartment basis. What they do is take the water bill for the whole complex, divide it by the sq ft of the apartments that are rented out, and thats what your charged. Oh, and those wonderful ammenities, like 2 pools, who do you think pays to fill those up' They charge for trash also. All of this comes on one bill, that is divided up by a company, in which is owned by the people who own this complex, and then charge a surcharge for dividing it up. Then they give you like a week to pay it or they charge $15 more for being late.

I have even been in to a few apartments here where my friends have had to put plastic up in the winter to keep it a little less breezy in their "home".

Well, I could go on and on and on about how lousy this place is....but Ill stop here. Im sure Ill have more to say at some point.
