Take every word on here verbatim. When I first came for a tour we were quoted for a price and told it did not matter when we came back, but we would still get that price and that there were always availabilities. When we returned, no availabilities and the rent quota was jacked up. There was no negotiating anything. They were not willing to help us in any way. Then they had to rewrite our lease at least 4 times because the continued to mess up our dates. As it turns out, they never got fixed.
When it came to winter and the temperature started decreasing drastically our apartment would not heat up AT ALL. We ended up having to call the maintenance at 12am after returning to and ice cold apartment after Thanksgiving. As it turns out, the heater had messed up in the summer and the just never fixed it because it was summer.
GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING. When we moved out, we did not have time to go on the final walk through with them. They SCREWED us over big time. They were claiming every crumb they could find, including things that were already there when we moved in.
I despised the management staff there. They are not willing to help out at all. If you want something worth your money go elsewhere. This place is over priced for the condition and the costumer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
