I just renewed my lease after one year and I disagree with the comments on the lettters below. My first year here has been great. I have not had maintenance trouble, they always come within 1 or 2 days to fix my problems. Never had trouble with the office staff, but rarely in the office. They always seem happy to see me and always remember my name. This is a big complex with over 400 units. With that many apartments and twice as many tennants, seems like a big job, not one I would like to do. ps...crime is everywhere at least they did something about it.
