Im a grad student at OSU and have lived here for a little over a year now. I feel like a lot of the reviews that you have already read or will be reading on this page are created by people who are pahtological whiners and complainers that ----- about everything. Yes there is always going to be a few bad apples I suppose but these people make this place sound MISERABLE. When was the last time you went to a restaurant and wanted to speak with the manager because you had such a wonderful experience that you just needed to let him or her know. Keep that in mind when reading a lot of these reviews. With that out of the way... Compared to the noise level while living close to campus this place is a sanctuary. Yea on the weekends during the summer months there are some patio parties but thats to be expected. Every work order we have ever put in gets serviced within 48 hours, which is impressize considering the size of the place. A lot of people complain about the dog poo but they have installed dog waste bag dispensers and now threaten people with a 75 dollar fine for not cleaning up after their dogs. The pools definitely arent pristine but cmon this isnt the bellagio. Its still nice to have during the summer, especially with so many younger people living at Arbors. The staff tries their best to be friendly and I only suggest to future renters to NEVER take the first offer they give you. All rent is negotiable and if you go in there with that attitude you can get a good deal. As far as location its directly off of 670 which takes under 5 minutes to get downtown and just over 5 minutes to get to campus which is AWESOME when going out and paying for cabs!! The location beats both Quarry and Runaway bay as well as other comparable townhomes in Upper Arlington area...and its a lot cheaper than those places as well. Overall I feel like price wise youre getting the best bang for your buck as long as you dont let the office staff step all over you because trust me they will try...thats how they are trained!! Dont believe their fake deadlines and market price increases...simply tell them what other places have offered and bargain with them, they will listen and it works! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
