I've lived at Arbors of Watermark for 3 years. In hopes that the place would improve according to leasing office's promises. Finally having enough of half fulfilled promises and neighbors getting worse and worse, we're moving. I mean, if you're a KID in college by all means come and destroy this place with your "brohams" already kickin' it in a sweet pad. The thick layer of stripper grease on the pool or the jock sweat and other fluids on the workout equipment will really appeal to you. All night ragers from next door are super wicked cool because you don't have a job to be at in the morning. Good thing Mommy and Daddy are gettin' the rent, huh' Trash outside everybody's door and a million Doggy landmines are an awesome way to be represented when company comes over. Plus if you're ever in need of some used furniture the ONE dumpster is always brimming with old mattresses, a couch or chair not to mention all sorts of disgusting abandoned housewares. FYI you might want to pack a BB gun for the rats that live there. Speaking of pests, this place has enough spiders to populate the Amazon. In short, if you are living in a dump on campus this place will seem nice. If you have an ounce of class avoid this cess pool like the plague.
