After living here for 3 years, I have watched this place steadily decline. Dont get me wrong, I loved it initially, but read on..........The office staff has the highest turnover, you never know who is there and who can help you. There is not alot of open parking, and they dont regulate guest cars on premises. On the weekends, the pool is aparently a public pool b/c everyone in columbus is there with beer cans everywhere! I wanted to rent out the back clubhouse for a party, but it was destroyed and the back pool floor was cracked open by someone who was riding a keg in the pool. The worst part is the neighbors and the people they are allowing to move in. It started out very clean & quiet 3 years ago, but now it is just loud, loud, loud, and dirty. I guess the residents just dont care. It used to be a place for young professionals and graduate students, but I guess the dirty OSU undergrads have migrated over. If you are over 24 years old, move somewhere else because this place lacks class!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention the homeless person sleeping in the "secure" work out facility at 5 am

I was also very happy initially when I moved in, but I was very dissatisfied when I left after 2 years living there. I left when I saw maintenance and living conditions deteriorating without any controls, as well as life and safety issues being totally ignored. I am sorry to see things have gotten much worse, but given the way things were going when I left almost 3 years ago I am not surprised. This is certainly a place I would not recommend to anyone!
