THE GOOD:
Clean, modern apartments. Close to downtown, Grandview and I-670. Staff is courteous and quick to fix problems. Price is mid-range for the area and units.
THE BAD:
Parking is unassigned, which means you will be carrying your laundry, groceries, etc.. across several parking lots if you arrive home late. There is a central dumpster -- you may have to drive across the complex to reach it; your neighbors will probably just pile up their trash outside of their door. The majority of your neighbors are either in College or just out of it -- 2:30 AM on Saturday or Sunday morning you will be awoken to the sounds of drunk idiots in the parking lot, shouting fighting, and breaking bottles (when you visit, be sure to comment to the staff about the enormous quantity of broken glass littering the gorund). LIkewise, no untilities are included -- you will be paying gas, electric, water, sewage and a "shared" utility fee for the apartment services out of pocket.
CONCLUSION: For all the conveniences, the atrocious parking, inconsiderate tennants and inflated prices make this a place worth staying away from for all but the most party-hardened 20-somethings out there. For professionals who don't consider alcoholism a recreational sport, consider looking at a duplex in Grandview.

You are very right. This behavior is atrocious and staff could care less. Students on weekends go from apartment to apartment all night long, cussing, drinking, shouting, screaming. Last week they tore out a drain cover in the parking lot and left a huge hazard for the rest of us.
It's hard to get up for work on Saturday morning because one can't sleep.
All Connors wants is money and more money. The extra utilities are out of sight; for example, if you have your own washer and dryer and pay for operating them, you will also pay for the gas of the washers and dryers in the administration building.
