Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
If you don't pay your rent on time they kill you with a $75 fee for being one day late. Even if all your roommates pay and your one day late its still $75....ridiculous. Plus the apartments suck. I was watching tv and my wall exploded with a burst of water from the water heater breaking....almost ruined my flat screen, cable box, and receiver. They fixed it in a couple days, but there was no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience.
