At first I was very excited about living here. A new building in a great location....but I am very disapointed.
First of all, you'll have to put up with the sounds of the freight trains rolling through. Before I moved in I asked the Mgmt office if it was an active train line and they told me "Yes, but the train only runs from 8 to 10" WRONG!!! Try at all hours! Sometimes it's not bad...but other times its VERY loud! Then there's the horrible sound proofing. Most apartments have hardwood floors, and I was told that they added extra buffers to limit the sound....DIDN'T WORK! You know it's VERY bad when you can hear the people DOWNSTAIRS walking around!!! Just imagine what it's like when someone lives above you!
Finally, the windows don't open in the apartments, so expect high electric bills! Might be fine in the winter....but the A/C will be on from Spring to Fall!
DON'T waste your money! This place is too overpriced for what your getting!

This statement is false! Only 50% of the apartments have hardwood floors and all the Harwood floors apartments are all stacked in one section of the building. The train adds an urban feel to the community and the window do open with all patio units. This is QUALITY new build in a fabulous urban setting! Live Where You Play!!!

This person is full of crap....obviously an employee who's lying to try to convince unknowing renters into their trap. Don't waste you money. Train add urban feel??? What a load of crap! Oh yeah....only ONE window opens in the few apts that have windows.....and this window along with the balcony is in the bedroom. What's the point?

Hardwood floors are stacked in one section of the building? That's funny. I live in a carpeted unit and the people above me have hardwood floors. I agree with "arenarenter", this complex is a joke...don't waste your hardearned money on a place made of cardboard.

Totally agree, they dropped ball on this one. They could have used quality materials and created some sound proofing but,....they did not, you hear everything, your neighbors footsteps, and the awful train.
