What a great place to live! There is never a need to drive anywhere; to go to bars, restaurants, movies, happenings, it's all in your backyard!

The floor-plans are great, very spacious, and they have a lot of nice touches that make them not feel like an apartment.

As for noise, I have never heard my neighbors; very good soundproofing!

The staff is also extremely helpful. I haven't had any problems at all throughout my living experiences here so far.

Very very poor soundproofing! You hear everything, very loud train nearby.
