The complex's design is really quite creative and I applaud Nationwide Reality for taking the initiative to develop the area. Unfortunately, the construction of the building is so poor that noise is a MAJOR issue for all tenants. You can hear neighbors walking across their living rooms, down the hallways, and even through the walls. This is a shame, given the amount they charge in rent and that the buildings are so new.

Management has gone through many changes. They are ok. They claim to accept packages for residents but you better know something is being sent to you otherwise you'll never be informed of an arrival. Noise complaints bring about no changes and, as others have said, a certain resident routinely has loud parties several times a week and nothing is done about it.

For being the second most expensive complex in the city, I was expecting a better quality of life. The location is great and I love that I can walk to get nearly everything (except milk). With some changes and education of residents regarding how noise travels, it could come a lot closer to delivering on the images presents by the developers.

Loud, Annoying, Pretencious. WAY Overpriced! Drunk twenty-somethings trash the place every weekend, there are no upscale apartments in Columbus, immature drunks trash them all within a year....Buy a house, or move to a big city, no upscale apartments in this city!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have friends that live there and we have had security knock on our door and issue fines for being too loud. I think they do a very good job of keeping the place under control. I've never had a noise problem or a problem with messes and I stay there quite frequently.
