To have an apartment smack in the middle of Columbus's party zone sounds great on paper, but you'll never sleep soundly here. All noise outside from revelers at 2am in the walkway is guaranteed to wake you up. During OSU football season the place becomes a college dorm complete with screaming in the halls and all night parties. The only thing you are payng for is convenient location to downtown and partying. If that's your lifestyle you'll love it here.

I agree, it has no soundproofing, and although it looks nice, drunk people trash the elevators and lobbys, it is deteriorating rapidly. They need a security guard in the lobbys and monitering the elevators on weekend nights. Its a shame. One member of the office staff has been a pleasure to talk to with any questions I have had; whereas another has been rude in every interaction I have ever had with them.
