I just moved into Arena Crossing from out of state, and was nervous about what to expect. I am used to the big city life, and I had to find a place that is urban. Arena Crossing seemed to be my best bet. Customer Service is very important to me, and although I looked at numerous apartment communities, the staff at Arena was by far more professional and friendly. I needed my apartment furnished, and not only did the leasing consultant call Cort furniture to find out about pricing for me, but she met personally with a Cort furniture representative and got pricing for each furniture package and then also select furniture on it's own. The manager and assistant manager were also very helpful. The manager walked through the apartment with me and helped me measure everything for my new furniture. The assistant manager showed me how to use the freight elevator and let Time Warner hook up the cable before my move-in. I did have an issue with my neighbors being too loud my first weekend here, but I called Nationwide Security and they were at the apartment promptly. I haven't had any issues with noise since. I've only been here for a month now, but if the office staff is this friendly always, I am going to love my stay here!

There will be more noise, trust me! The staff was not not nice to me when I moved in.
