I have been living here for a few months and love it! The apartments look brand new and maintenance is quick and efficient.
The office staff always greets me by name and are always extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.
Despite living near 10 bars, I have no problems with noise. The hallways are always extremely quiet. Don't get me wrong - it isn't dead quiet. There is a lot of night life on the weekends. If you want to dead silent, don't live in the middle of the nightlife of a big city! That being said, I've never had a problem falling asleep and staying asleep at 11pm on a Friday or Saturday evening. I know I have neighbors, because I've seen them, but I have never heard them.
I have never had a problem finding a parking spot in the private garage.
I have so many great bars and restaurants right outside my door, plus North Market is across the street!!!
I couldn't ask for anything more from an apartment complex!!

Sorry, I definitely live here. Why do people find it so hard to believe that someone can actually truly enjoy where they live? I've had a great experience. Maybe my floor is the exception, but it is always extremely quietly here. In 7 months, I've seen my neighbors maybe 4-5 times and I've never heard them.
Sure you can hear noise outside. I live so close to R Bar that I can hear the Blue Jackets games on their televisions and people yell outside and such. But it has never been to the point where I've had problem sleeping, studying, or staying asleep.
It is a blast here. The apartments are nice (not perfect, but nice), the residents I have run into are nice, the environment is great. I'll be sad when I have to leave (although my bank account won't be!)
