Grounds and model apt & townhouses are deceptive. The apt or TH you move into will not look as nice as the model, they are very bad about fixing broken items or replacing old amenities and fixtures. Most fixes are jerryrigged sort term solutions. They can not keep the Heat and A/C working in the Apt buildings. Staff is friendly and the grounds are nice with the river to walk along. But that is about the nicest thing I can say about this place. Lots of college kids due to the close proximenty of OSU Campus. Finding a parking Spot is a nightmare.
