Between the water problems with flooding, mold, appliances not working, scolding showers, leaky tolets, dog poop everywhere, roads not being cleared after snow, or once being cleared trapping in a dozen cars, walkways not being cleared, seeing people falling on their butts all of the time, the roadside parties in the parking lot with blaring music and beer bottles being tossed, Air and heat not working properly, and the worst part for me, the centapieds, millipieds, and wasp that keep getting into the aparment. And I'm not talking small ones. It's a great location, nice people to talk to in the complex (some scary, but you have that anywhere) But it's just not worth the money. The park would be nicer if people would pick up after their dogs.
