I got a serious run around with this property. I put my application in at the end of May. It took two weeks for them to get back to me, and then it was only to ask me for more information. This went on, me calling them once a week, only to hear they needed more information. They finally said I needed a co-signer, so I canceled my application, only to find out that they had never even entered my information into their system, so they had done no credit check, rental history check...nothing! On top of it, they never cashed my check, which included a deposit. When I asked them to refund my deposit, minus the application fee, I was told they would send me the check back if I sent them a new one for just the cost of application fee. They were completely uncooperative and very shady about the whole process. I finally had to put a stop payment to the check so I would not lose $200 on the deal.
